Dh400 fine for crossing roads in undesignated areas.
The Ajman Police have issued a warning to pedestrians not to cross the road at undesignated places.
The police took to Twitter to share a video to raise awareness about the mistakes that pedestrians commit, such as crossing the roads from dangerous areas.

The fine for crossing roads from undesignated areas is punishable by a fine of Dh400. Pedestrians not complying with traffic lights while crossing roads also have to pay a fine of Dh400.
The police also called on motorists to observe the speed limits and slow down at pedestrian crossings for their safety and the safety of other road users. Not giving way to pedestrians is punishable by Dh500 fine and 6 traffic points.
