A policy to facilitate parents to supervise their children undertaking distance learning.

Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of The Executive Council, has announced a work from home policy for parents working in the government ahead of reopening of schools in Dubai.

Taking to Twitter on Thursday, Sheikh Hamdan said that he had directed the implementation of a work from home Policy for Government of Dubai female employees with children undertaking distance learning.

Fathers working in the Government of Dubai who do not have carers to oversee their children’s distance learning will also be allowed to work from home.

‘Today, we directed the implementation of a work from home Policy for Government of Dubai female employees with children undertaking distance learning. The new model starts next week to coincide with the new school year. Fathers working in the Government of Dubai who do not have carers to oversee their children’s distance learning will also be allowed to work from home, enabling them to supervise their children during the school day.’
