Samba set for Monaco Diamond League The Peninsula

Source link

Qatari athlete Abderrahman Samba trains with his coach ahead of the Monaco Diamond League meet, yesterday in Monaco.

The 400m hurdles specialist will be attempting to beat his personal best in the men’s 400m event, set earlier this year (44.60) when he gets off the blocks at the newly constructed Stade Louis II.

He will count on some sterling opposition from Steven Gardiner, reigning world number two (personal best of 43.87 in 2018) and Davide RE, Italian record holder in a time of 44.77.
