Realme XT Will Be Offered in Two Colour Options: Live Updates

Realme XT launch event started with the company’s India CEO Madhav Sheth on the stage. Sheth began by talking about the Realme 5 and Realme 5 Pro sales so far. He revealed that the company has sold 1.2 lakh Realme 5 units and 1.3 lakh units of the Realme 5 Pro until now. He also said the Realme is now number 2 online brand in the country and its offline sales grew over 300 percent in Q2-August period. Realme now has 10 million users in the country.

Sheth also stated that the company is investing 300 crores in its manufacturing facilities to make sure there are enough units for sale during the Diwali festival season.

Madhav Sheth then moved to Realme XT, the company’s first smartphone with a 64-megapixel primary camera. He invited Realme’s Nidhi Bhatia to detail the smartphone.

According to Bhatia, the Realme XT is the first phone from the company to sport the new ID design with Hyperbola Light Effect. The phone will be offered in Pearl White and Pearl Blue colours. The phone features Gorilla Glass 5 on both front and the back. Additionally, the phone comes with a 6.4-inch full-HD+ Super AMOLED display.

Bhatia then talked about the phone’s 64-megapixel quad-camera setup.

Realme XT price in India (expected)

Realme XT price will be announced during the launch event today, however given the phone’s similarities with Realme 5 Pro, it is likely to be priced slightly more than the Realme 5 Pro.
