People are convinced that Tupac is alive after seeing this picture

Another day, another Tupac sighting.

Since his death in 1996, fans and conspiracy theorists have been determined to prove that Tupac Shakur is alive and well. Over the past 23 years, there have been multiple accounts of “Tupac spottings”that have turned out to be a series of uncanny lookalikes, he was even “spotted” hanging out with Beyonce in a nightclub a few years ago.

But that was down to an overenthusiastic photoshopper

In the latest instalment, fans are now claiming that Tupac is hanging out in South Africa after a video was posted on YouTube claiming: “Just a few days ago, the leading investigators in the 2pac is alive case have made a breakthrough, confirming 2Pac is alive.

“A phone image of Tupac alive and well in his 40s has been leaked to the public.

“With experts revealing that the source of the phone image comes from South Africa.”

This is that image

Now, here at Mashable Middle East, we don’t market ourselves as a detective agency but, we can say that – that image confirms a grand total of absolutely nothing.

Rumours began inflating when Suge Knight’s son (Suge Knight Jr) announced on Instagram that he had “Pac back in the studio” and that ‘new music [is] coming.’ We think that it’s entirely possible that he was remixing Tupac’s old tracks, but, that is clearly too farfetched for the internet.
