‘Mission Mangal’ crosses 200 crore mark, an elated Sonakshi Sinha congratulates the team | Hindi Movie News

‘Mission Mangal’ is been applauded the masses for its inspiring storyline and true spirit. The film received a positive response from the audiences, and Sonakshi Sinha reportedly had said that the film’s patriotic spirit worked in its favour. ‘Mission Mangal’, directed by Jagan Shakti, which is based on India’s 2013 Mission to Mars. has crossed Rs. 200 crore mark in India and the entire team got another chance to celebrate.

As the pivotal character of the film, Akshay Kumar thanked the audience for their support. Though the movie was fronted by Akshay Kumar, it also featured leading female actors Vidya Balan, Sonakshi, Taapsee Pannu, Kirti Kulhari and Nithya Menon. The actor took to his twitter handle to credit the audience for all their love and appreciation they have showered on the film. Now, Sonakshi Sinha too expressed her happiness on social media. She wrote, “It was an honour to play a character which represented a self-made,Independent, modern Indian woman. Eka Gandhi will always remain special. 200 crores for #MissionMangal isn’t just a collection, it is an amazing feeling to know that the film has reached out to so many ❤️.”

Further in the another post, she congratulated the entire team of the film on crossing this milestone and also thanked ISRO. She wrote,”Congratulations to our entire team @akshaykumar @vidya_balan @taapsee @IamKirtiKulhari @MenenNithya @Jaganshakti #RBalki @foxstarhindi #hopeproductions and thank you once again to @isro.”

The Akshay Kumar starrer has garnered immense love and appreciation from the audience. The film helmed by Jagan Shakti had hit the screens on August 15.
