John Abraham’s ‘Satyameva Jayate 2’ to clash to Ajay Devgn’s ‘Bhuj: The Pride of India’? | Hindi Movie News

John Abraham’s ‘Satyameva Jayate‘ which released on Independence Day last year, turned out to be a big hit at the box office. And now, while the actor is gearing up for the release of his next film, ‘Batla House’ to release on August 15, reports doing the rounds hint at the star eyeing another release over the national holiday.

As per reports, John will be back with another patriotic-themed film with a sequel to ‘Satyameva Jayate’, titled ‘Satyameva Jayate 2‘.

A source close to the project revealed that the makers have decided to release the film on August 14, 2020, and the team will begin work on the film in November this year.

This year, John is all set to lock horns with Akshay Kumar‘s ‘Mission Mangal’ and Prabha’s ‘Saaho‘ over the extended holiday weekend. The trailer of Batla House is already out and has received great response from the audience.

If August 14, 2020, is indeed the release date of ‘Satyameva Jayate 2’, then the movie will clash with the Ajay Devgn and Sanjay Dutt starrer ‘Bhuj: The Pride of India‘. The war film also features Sonakshi Sinha, Parineeti Chopra, Rana Daggubati and Ammy Virk among others.

On the work front, John Abraham will also be seen in ‘Attack’ and Sanjay Gupta’s ‘Mumbai Saga’ which also features Emraan Hashmi, Suniel Shetty and Jackie Shroff among others.
