Required a receptionist in a construction company (female only) full time (8 am to 4:30 pm) Location in Fahaheel
1. To schedule and confirm appointments for the personnel of the departments.
2. Clean the office at the start of the day and making tea and coffee for staff and guests.
3. document/ record information, maintain files, process all paper work, and to perform day to day administrative tasks.
4. Receiving and sorting daily mail
5. Ensure office area is tidy and presentable.
6. Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• Communication Skills
• Well versed in English Language
• understand word and excel programs.
