Supply Chain Officer – Casual Dining – Kuwait at M.H. Alshaya Co. – Kuwait

Role Profile:The Supply Chain Officer position is responsible for specific planning process for a nominated market(s) at various levels of granularity and time horizons.The Supply Chain Officer maintains inventory and availability levels by utilising the planning and replenishment system tools available, producing periodic supplier forecasts and completing detailed analysis on information gathered from the supplier base and communicating effectively across through the appropriate channels.The below Key Performance Areas include but are not limited to:Supports the production of inventory and availability updates on weekly basis with appropriate actions Provides detailed analysis of Inventory accuracy in the Inventory Management SystemSupport the clearance of future expiry items within appropriate country regulations and in line with Alshaya policyReviews integrity of replenishment planning systems and master data ensuring corrective actions are executedSupports the creation of all system transactions required to execute replenishment activities within a marketBuild and enhance strong working relationships with key internal teams – Demand Planning, Logistics, Procurement, Cost Control, MDM and Brand Services.Experience:Must have minimum 1-2 years experience in a similar rolePrevious Supply Chain experience preferably in the food industryComprehensive understanding of MS Office with advanced knowledge of ExcelExperience of major replenishment planning software solutions such as Oracle, JDA, SAPSkills:Able to thrive in a high-stress and fast-paced environment.Ability to work well within a teamDemonstrate strong analytical skillsImpeccable attention to detailEffective communicator and able to influence othersStrong time management and organizational skillsIdentify and attempt to resolve any threats to key supply chain objectives (cost, service, inventory, availability) and escalate issues early to line management so that good communication of risks to success can be achieved.About Alshaya Group:As a leading international franchise operator, with nearly 90 of the worlds most recognised brands in its portfolio, Alshaya Group brings great shopping, dining, leisure and hospitality experiences to millions of customers across the Middle East & North Africa, Russia, Turkey, Europe and beyond.Alshaya Group is a dynamic multinational business and family owned enterprise with a consistent record of growth and innovation.
