Rewards Management Officer – ضابط إدارة مكافآت

To support KFH in improving its performance by assisting in the implementation of the performance management system and effectively communicating guidelines for managing, reviewing performance management systems. Detailed Description Performance Management · Assist in the implementation of KFH’s performance management system in order to ensure that all staff are clear on the contribution required from them, are encouraged to develop their capability and contribution and are fairly and consistently appraised. · Assist in development of individual KPIs and comprehensively outline the performance expectations of each role. · Define performance management requirements and ensure that line managers are adequately trained to provide consistent performance appraisals across KFH. · Coordinate with Group Leadership Development in the development of effective competency frameworks and models for the various roles of the organization and ensure that personal development plans are identified and documented during the performance planning cycle. · Encourage and support a coaching culture and assist line managers in developing their coaching skills in order to ensure an effective management of their employees’ performance. · Analyse the overall quality and consistency of ratings produced ensuring that effective and fair appraisals are taking place and report inconsistencies. · Seek explanation from function managers regarding issues of inconsistency. · Ensure, at each of the performance management stage, that timely reminders are sent and that the performance management process is monitored at all stages. · Receive grievances in confidentiality and raise it to the respective reviewing managers for necessary action. · Generate / collect required information to keep the stakeholders updated on the process progress and effectiveness. · Coordinate with Compensation and Benefits to ensure that KFH is effectively rewarding high performers. · Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices taking into account ‘international leading practice’, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement. · Follow all relevant compensation and benefits policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner. · Assist in the preparation of timely and accurate performance management statements and reports to meet KFH and human resources requirements, policies and standards. · Perform other related duties or assignments as directed. Job Requirements Eligibility Criteria: · Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent. · Professional certification in human resources is a plus. Minimum Experience: · 1 year relevant experience in performance management, preferably in the banking sector. Knowledge, Skills & Attributes: · Knowledge of the Kuwait Labour Law. · Knowledgeable on Performance Management tools and practices. · People management skills. · Ability to communicate effectively and with excellent negotiation skills. · Ability to participate and facilitate group meetings. · Ability to lead and motivate teams. · Fluent in both English and Arabic.
