Recruitment Administrator – Kuwait City

This position is an entry level role and is one of the most critical roles to our operations and will be responsible for the administration of the recruitment function.
In providing this support, the role will interact with candidates/applicants, hiring managers, executives and other areas of human resources as needed, while providing a high level of customer service and maintaining quality throughout the recruitment process.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to:
1. Execute the recruitment cycle [end to end process] within
the team
2. Manage corporate phone screens, schedule interviews,
email correspondence with potential candidates and
organize candidate logistics for corporate clients
3. Create and maintain recruiting files for all positions
(advertisements, job descriptions, and announcements)
4. Communicate professionally, tactfully and with the utmost
diplomacy at all times, treating all candidates with dignity
and respect
5. Manage the background investigation process
6. Actively participate in expanding recruitment efforts
including career fairs through on-site recruitment and/or
event coordination
7.Build and maintain strong social media presence
8.Maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times
