Role Profile: Responsible for receiving callers / visitors and determining the nature of their Business. Maintain security control over the reception area. The below Key Performance Areas include but are not limited to:
- Welcome and assist all company guests / visitors.
- Maintain security.
- Receive deliveries and maintain the cleanliness of reception.
- Operate telephone systems and coordinate calls.
- Type documentation as directed.
- Minimum 3 years in Executive secretary / receptionist role
- Arabic Speaker
- Excellent English communication skills
