Receptionist – HR Services – Kuwait

Role Profile: Responsible for receiving callers / visitors and determining the nature of their Business. Maintain security control over the reception area. The below Key Performance Areas include but are not limited to:

  • Welcome and assist all company guests / visitors.
  • Maintain security.
  • Receive deliveries and maintain the cleanliness of reception.
  • Operate telephone systems and coordinate calls.
  • Type documentation as directed.

Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years in Executive secretary / receptionist role

Requirements:

  • Arabic Speaker
  • Excellent English communication skills
