Sustain the consistency of all the recipe of our partnered brands
Support the Chef de Partie or Demi Chef De Partie in the daily operation and take full responsibilities of your section when your immediate supervisor is not there, in order to ensure a smooth operation
Organize your section and the mise en place.
Responsible of cleaning the section
Comply with the kitopi environmental, health and safety policies and
Monitor chiller temperature and checklist filling
Ticket every 2 years
