Admin Coordinator at Al Mulla Group – Al Kuwait

Job Description

•Handling basic office duties, such as answering, routing phones and responding to emails. •Collect and submit all documents such as passports, leave papers, medical reports and employment requests. •Inform new recruits and arrange for their residency requirements i.e. medical formalities, finger printing etc.•Follow-up with HR Department on the residency status of new hires until their residency permit is approved and stamped.•Maintain employee files containing statutory employee data and correspondence, ensuring they are well organized and accessible.

Skills
•Excellent written and oral communication. •Ability to organize, multitask and prioritize work.•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Package.•Preferred Language : Arabic, English•Duty Shift / Timings : One Shift / 08:00 am to 5:00 pm
