National pride and patriotism ran high at the event held at Galadari Brothers headquarters.

Responding to the call of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, Galadari Brothers joined the nation in saluting the UAE flag by celebrating Flag Day on Sunday.

National pride and patriotism ran high at the event held at Galadari Brothers headquarters, where scores of employees gathered to celebrate Flag Day. Suhail Galadari, Director of Galadari Brothers, hoisted the flag at the corporate headquarters in the presence of Yahya Kazi, Director and Group CEO of Galadari Brothers, and senior managers. UAE national anthem was played and the office premises were decorated with pan-Arab colours.

“The UAE flag is a symbol of our unity, achievements and aspirations for future. As a UAE-based company that has witnessed and been a part of the country’s incredible success story, we take immense pride in raising the UAE flag and saluting this great nation and its visionary leaders. We renew our pledge to turn the impossible into possible and let our flag fly higher,” said Suhail Galadari.

Paying his tribute to the national flag, Yahya Kazi said: “The UAE flag tells the unique story of the nation that has become a world-class destination offering the best of infrastructure, innovation, technology and lifestyle. The flag symbolises growth, peace, bravery and strength. We, at Galadari Brothers, raise the flag high with pride and with a commitment to the nation and its leaders who have taught us to not just dream but to dream big.”

Followed by a cake cutting ceremony, the Director, Group CEO and other staff members also created a UAE flag with hand imprints in red, green and black.
