Egypt's Consul General: Egypt looks forward to boosting cooperation with Australia

SYDNEY, July 13 (MENA) – Egypt’s Consul General in Sydney Yasser Abed on Saturday said Egypt is looking forward to enhancing relations with Australia in all fields particularly investment and tourism.

At a reception held marking the anniversary of the July 23 Revolution, attended by several Australian officials, Abed said “We are celebrating the July revolution anniversary only a few days after the anniversary of the June 30 Revolution which restored the homeland to the Egyptians.”

He noted the assistance offered by the Egyptian community in Sydney to Egypt.

A documentary on the positive developments in Egypt and the successful mega projects was aired during the celebration.
