The move is in support of the authorities’ efforts over the last months to curb the infection and transmission of Covid-19.
An Emirati family wanted to give back to their community and help the government fight Covid-19. So, they decided to offer their home as a testing venue for the residents in their neighbourhood and nearby areas.
The family of the late Abdullah Juma Krimsha in Ras Al Khaimah’s Dahan area, has recently opened their doors so that hundreds of Emiratis and expat could get tested for Covid-19.
“The move is in support of the authorities’ efforts over the last months to curb the infection and transmission of Covid-19,” they said.
So many people from the Dahan area and nearby areas benefited from the initiative which started two days back, they added.
“This is the least thing to do to pay part of the debt to our beloved country.”
Mahra bin Saray, the in-charge of external logistic support and field tests in the RAK medical zone, said the drive will give a boost to the public efforts aimed to protect and ensure people’s health and safety.
“The family has willingly taken the imitative and offered their house for Covid-19 tests.”
