A new multi-storeyed car parking facility is to be launched at the Salmaniya Medical Complex(SMC) in Manama.
The scheduled work will commence late this month, paving the way for the second phase of the project to be lasted for twelve months, as per Ministry reports.
The multi-storeyed car parking will be built on 5700 square meters to the northeast of the Salmaniya Medical Complex (SMC), accommodating up to 600 vehicles.
The Minister stressed the importance of the project which would provide enough parking space and contribute to easing up of traffic congestion in the area as part of a string of other planned development projects.
