1.1 The incumbent shall be required to a variety of routine of specialized Clerical and
Secretarial activities in the assigned departments / divisions.
1.2 He shall update and maintain a variety of files, records, reports, Minutes of Meetings,
documents of routine and specialized nature.
1.3 Shall be able to maintain proper filing of all incoming & outgoing documents etc.
