•Supervise the Approach, greet, and offer assistance to customers entering the showroom according to the Mercedes-Benz brand image.
•Assist all stake-holders in selecting available Mercedes-Benz products by undertaking an in-depth needs analysis.
•On-time submit vehicle performance, product details, features and benefits according to the Mercedes-Benz sales process to the manager.
•Be proficient in team grooming to Offer and accompany the customer in test driving vehicles according to the Mercedes-Benz test drive process.
•Ensure smooth completion of the sales contract and associated documentation by all the team members
•Promote and up sell Mercedes-Benz products and services (e.g. Mercedes-Benz Collection).
