Assist the marketing manager, and support the marketing team with marketing activities. Use digital methods, e-newsletters, and offline marketing mediums to reach messages to JTC’s internal and external customers. Duties & responsibilities included but not limited to:
§ Write articles, promotional material and/or marketing literature (brochures, press releases, etc.) to augment JTC’s presence in the market.
§ Compose and post online content on the company’s website and social media accounts.
§ Coordinate all social media channels in a consistent ‘one brand’ voice. Increase the number of followers, ‘likes’ and audiences for our digital marketing/social media outputs by delivery of engaging content.
§ Organize market research and highlight emerging trends in the industry to the management.
§ Assist with the collation of information for promotional literature.
§ Contribute towards creating marketing and design strategies for specific campaigns. This may include brochures, leaflets, business stationery, ads, web site and digital products, roadshows, stationery, presentations, PR and internal communications.
§ Co-ordinate the manufacture of marketing materials with external agencies like designers, suppliers, agency, print and distribution.
§ Provide support for marketing events and exhibitions, traditional or digital campaigns (as required, working closely with the sales team, across different businesses). Attend them to facilitate their success.
§ Update and maintain the marketing department’s documentation, photo and video library and databases.
§ Create and interpret reports; Monitor, report and analyze results to improve performance, (using tools such as Google analytics and others).
§ Prepare and deliver promotional presentations. Execute the annual marketing plan.
§ Identify advertising and branding opportunities.
Other activities as required by the Head of Marketing.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Good copywriting skills and the ability to write for online, print and social media communications.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Publisher, Outlook, Adobe InDesign, Adobe PhotoShop, Corel Draw, CRM tools, Online analytics, Google Adwords etc.
Creative thinker who can implement strategies all the way through the creative process while always keeping the customer top of mind.
Capable of multi-tasking, highly organized, with excellent time management skills.
Good theoretical knowledge of market research techniques and databases.
High energy, creativity and ability to work on teams.
Good listening skills and good eye for detail.
Demonstrated competence on use of the major social media and digital marketing platforms is a plus.
