Job Description
•Explore new avenues while maintaining existing clients.
•Research and analyze competition keeping up-to-date with their promotions and activities.
•Conduct market surveys on new fleet sales avenues to expand fleet part sales.
•Follow up on quotations for customers whenever required.
•Follow up on LPOs (Local Purchase Orders) whenever required.
•Resolve fleet customer complaints in a timely and effective manner within specified limits to ensure customer satisfaction.
•Provide details of long and short term credit facilities to customers and assist them in selecting the appropriate credit scheme.
•Follow-up with customers on payments.
•People Management
•Monitor performance of all assigned staff and guide them in managing their performance by providing appropriate feedback.
•Maintain and promote staff motivation in own team.
•Contribute to the team’s development by providing timely suggestions.
•Carry out performance appraisals as per company policies and procedures
