Require a Receptionist / Admin Assistant for our office in Hawally. Candidate should be able to join immediately.
Greet and welcome guests and direct them to the appropriate person and office.
Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls by maintaining employee and department directories;
Coordinate front-desk activities, including sorting and distributing mail.
Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material.
Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, filing, taking notes and making travel plans.
Preparing meeting and training rooms.
Order office supplies and keep an inventory of stock
Schedule meetings and update calendars
Assisting colleagues with administrative and secretarial tasks.
Assisting the HR team with HR functions.
Performing ad-hoc administrative duties.
Contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required.
Salary: KD 350/-
Excellent communication skills.
Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
Ability to be resourceful and proactive.
