Marketing and Sales Exective has the following duties:
1. Follow up with potential clients.
2. Initiate contact with potential clients through cold calls and incoming calls.
3. Register the Clients’ follow-ups and feedback in an electronic system CRM approved by the Management.
4. Report to the Marketing and Sales Team Leader:
4.1 Any market feedback
4.2 Any students’ complaints.
5. Coordinate clients’ appointments with the Sales Team Leader
6. Ability to explain the training and academic programmes and their advantages to clients
7. Implement the best strategies based on the institution’s policies to meet the monthly sales targets.
8. abliity to participate in all marketing activities and events carried out outdoor.
9. Attend the reception at all times and ensure its readiness to receive clients.
1- Very good communication skills in English and Arabic
3- Ability to handle calls and follow up with clients.
5- A candidate who has very good knowledge of graphic design is an advantage
6- Knowledge to sell academic and training programmes is an advantage.
