Deliver an F&B strategy that provides the company with sustainable profitable growth and develop new concepts for the F & B division to increase its portfolio.
Establish proactive and efficient F&B environment.
Monitor the F&B operations and enhance the F&B business model.
Manage the budget, costs and other financial accountabilities of the F&B department.
Maximize the profitability of the existing restaurants as per short- and long-term plans.
Deliver a consistent, sustainable, high performing and growth driven F&B business.
Enhance, manage and sustain a positive relationships with internal & external stakeholders and mall owners.
Develop, lead and implement the strategic vision for F&B and the 5 year plan.
Prepare and implement the F&B division business plan.
Optimize the existing concepts and products and develop and oversee the implementation of new brand concepts and products.
Implement and execute globally aligned best practice standards for the F&B function.
Supervise the regional expansion of F&B.
Proactively and effectively address the inherent challenges for the F&B division in the MENA region and deliver change solutions.
Understand the markets impacts and develop strategies for minimizing the impact of these.
Develop a capable team.
Provide leadership and direction for the immediate team.
Create and inspire a proactive environment across all the F&B functions.
Bachelor’s /Masters degree in Hospitality Management, Food Service Management, Hotel/Restaurant Management, Business Administration or similar is preferable.
Over 15 years’ experience in the similar role in F & B industry.
Proficient in MS Office.
Excellent English & Arabic communication skills.
Manage multiple stakeholders.
Strong leadership and motivational skills.
Excellent analytical and negotiations skills.
Knowledge of GCC F&B market.
