Responsible for implementing the operational strategy for AAW’s E-Commerce to provide consumers with an exceptional experience across online channels, creating and delivering a best in class site with digital marketing programs in place to drive rapid growth through email marketing, SEM/SEO, Social Media, testing & roll-out of other digital marketing and site related initiatives to achieve growth & sales targets.
Key Role & Responsibilities:
Assist in developing & implementing of the E-Commerce policies and procedures to ensure that all relevant procedural requirements are fulfilled in line with the requirements while maintaining high level of efficiency in achieving objectives.
Executing of all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns to achieve greater market awareness and customer engagement.
Monitor and proactively analyse the progress of implemented digital marketing strategies, customer engagement activities and campaign performance to determine whether set strategies are efficient for achieving the required targets of online traffic at AAW’s E-Store website.
Review result of the split testing conducted to monitor the efficiency of cost spent on digital marketing activities of AAW as well as monitor the performance of all digital marketing campaigns in place
Ensure all graphical alignment of AAW’s E-Commerce system and ensure that all designs are in-line with set specifications of AAW and its respective brands and recommend site maintenance based on results.
Provide inputs in the development of overall product road-map for the E-commerce in-line with corporate goals & objectives of AAW and oversee the conduction of due diligence on each aspect and innovation of AAW’s E-Commerce system.
Maintain logistics activities of AAW E-Commerce such as delivery management, performance of order fulfilment, inventory management and follow-up on the timely packing and shipping of orders in a safe manner from warehouse to AAW customers.
Maintain the supply chain flow for out-bound e-commerce merchandise from fulfilment centres by monitoring and measuring supplier and carrier performance, internal customer performance, and load assignments.
Implement CRM strategy, gaining consumer insight through in-depth consumer data analysis and interpretation, resulting in segmentation and targeted communications to drive consumer engagement and long term brand loyalty.
Creating and executing of new feature and product development roadmaps as well as oversee the security of all E-Commerce related websites and applications by installing security precautions and ensure the timely optimization of the E-Commerce architecture.
Execute strategic and tactical business plans supporting the E-Commerce strategy including digital marketing such as SEO/SEM, email marketing, marketing database management, social media, display advertising, etc. Create and execute customer acquisition and retention strategies.
Implement new customer acquisition and retention initiatives by managing search engine keyword optimization, email acquisition, newsletters and exploring other online advertising channels to maximize online traffic of AAW web store.
Implement the maintenance of AAW’s E-Commerce website and ensure that all AAW’s products are uploaded in a timely manner with creative and complete product descriptions both in English & Arabic in-line with the standards of retail brands of AAW and the guidelines of respective brand managers.
Prepare reports as required by the DCEO such as status reports.
Perform other duties related to the job as assigned by the Direct Manager.
