What we’re looking for
The Success Agent will be available to assist and support the clients with any issues they might have either by phone, email, or live chat. The Customer Relations Officer will educate our clients on the use of our online services, audit their satisfaction as well as motivate the ongoing usage of our products and services. Build a strong relationship with our clients and coordinate between them and the company. A professional attitude is a key to this role.
The ideal candidate must have strong interpersonal skills, must have an outgoing and engaging personality and must be very customer focused.
What you’d have to do
Answer calls professionally to provide information about Ajar services and obtain details of complaints.
Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions, are taken.
Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers requests.
Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.
Generating sales leads that develop into new customers.
Maintains customer records by updating information.
What you should be:
Excellent communication skills in English & Arabic, both written and verbal.
Experience from 0 to 5 years.
Experience in using Zendesk, intercom and Hubspot is a plus
Strong computer skills in Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
Ability to build and maintain good relationships with clients.
Ability to train customers and users.
Strong work ethics.
Must be customer focused and Internet literate.
Any past customer service experience is an advantage.
