Ayadi Health is just that – we are the first e-counselling app in the Gulf Cooperation Council. Our platform is designed to connect clients with mental health clinicians so that people can talk about their issues to a qualified professional from the comfort of their own home and in their own language

Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
Communicating with customers through various channels.
Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
Managing a team of junior customer service representatives.
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
All applicants should have proficiency in Microsoft Office as a baseline. If you have a background in sales and marketing, analytics, and healthcare, we believe you are well-suited to applying to this position.
We want approachable, driven, and friendly people. This is a business that is launching imminently, and so we expect things to come up that need ironing out. We want someone who can handle uncertainty, be proactive, be able to work with minimal guidance, and has strong communication skills.
