We are looking for immediate hiring suitable applicants (who can join immediately) to work in our call center department. The following are highly important for each of you to read then to apply:
- Respond quickly, answer incoming calls & respond to queries ASAP.
- Handle escalated inquiries that require supervisory involvement.
- Process customers’ orders using applicable software.
- Route calls to appropriate resources.
- Follow up the customers’ orders through a system with appropriate couriers.
- Enter into the system all customers’ data, including relevant comments, which help in getting all the required analysis.
- Research, identify, & resolve customer complaints using applicable software/ resources.
- Document all call information according to Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).
- Recognize, document, and alert the management team of trends in customer calls.
- Follow up customer calls where & when needed.
- Other related duties as assign.
