Lean Assistant Manager will drive the continuous improvement roadmap across the manufacturing organization though coaching and facilitation of improvement projects and programs.
Roles and Responsibilities: Lead the development and implementation of manufacturing Continuous Improvement road map, actions, and cross-functional activities.
Conduct assessments and identify performance gaps of key manufacturing process.
Work through the leadership team to prioritize improvement activities using rigorous and methodological approach ( VSM, Standard work, SMED, TPM/WCM improvement routes).
Responsible for coordinating and executing improvement projects and workshops together with the manufacturing and supply chain departments
Train/Coach and develop operations team members and facilitate CI/Lean workshops/events targeting specific improvement opportunities
Lead cultural changes and support the continuous deployment of Lean Enterprise
Develop Root cause and Problem-Solving capability among Manufacturing teams
Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Operations or Supply Chain
Minimum 7-10 year experience in lean manufacturing environment,
Excellent leadership and team building skills
Advance hands on knowledge in data statistical analysis
Hands on experience using Operational Excellence and continuous improvement methods ( LEAN, TPM, 6 sigma, WCM..)
Experience in business transformation and process improvement roles using proven problem solving/Continuous improvement methodologies.
